Vintage is well and truly over, it was short and sweet. A drier season led to an early vintage. We were making ready equipment and purchasing products straight after new year. Thankfully this time of year is holiday time for Joel & Adam which helps with the long hours of production. White grapes picked and sparkling and white wines made and reds were concentrated, dark and thick. Our only complaint that volumes were down. But this does seem consistent with the Region. Filtering is now complete and bottling is scheduled for May. You may have to wait awhile for oak maturation of the reds until it's ready for bottling and tasting but it will be worth it!
