As of October 2008, Garbin Estate Wines has introduced a Sparkling Disgorging Service as an addition to their premium wine production based in the Swan District, Western Australia. A Disgorging unit was purchased from Italy and commissioned. Garbin Estate can now fully produce methode traditionelle on site for clients adjunct to Garbin’s own premium sparkling production which includes Sparkling Chardonnay, Semillon, Chenin Blanc and Sparkling Rose.  This service is now available within Garbin Estate's newly extended cellar door and production premises, designed and project managed by Peter Garbin. Garbin Estate’s expertise and production team in sparkling wines extends over ten years. The contract service to clients includes a riddling as well as a disgorging service to produce the true methode traditionelle styles.

An official launch of the newly installed plant was held on 22nd October 2008 with the assistance of an international chef, freshly shucked oysters, potential clients and an eclectic range of local and international sparkling wines which were all sampled on the evening. The following week Garbin Estate took delivery of its first sparkling disgorging contract.
